Mix together all your dry ingredients. (nuts, coconut, seeds, cinnamon & salt)
Melt over a low heat your coconut oil and maple syrup.
Pour your melted coconut oil and maple syrup in to your dry ingredients mixture.
Mix together thoroughly so that all nuts and seeds get coated.
Spread evenly on a baking tray.
Place in a preheated over (325°) for around 20 minutes, until your granola is lovely and golden.
Allow your granola to cool on the baking tray before loosening your granola (I used my metal cake slicer but a palette knife would probably work well too.)
Pour into an airtight jar to store, or if eating straight away I'd recommend it with yogurt and fresh fruit.
