3packages instant oatmeal with cinnamon and spice
3/4cupchopped nuts
1/4cupmelted vegan butter

1and 1/2 cups rolled oatsregular oatmeal
1teaspooncinnamon
½teaspoonnutmeg
1/4cupbrown sugar
3/4cupchopped nuts
1/4cupmelted vegan butter
Instructions
Combine apples, raisins, flour, and sugar. and spoon into a 2-quart baking dish.
Stir the chopped nuts into the instant oatmeal packets and combine the mixture with melted vegan butter, then crumble over the fruit mixture OR combine the rolled oats/oatmeal, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and brown sugar with melted vegan butter and crumble over the fruit mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Notes
Note: almost any fresh fruit or fresh fruit mixture can be substituted for the apples and raisins. and I often add 1-2 cups fresh cranberries to the mixture for the holidays (and increase the sugar to about a cup when I do so).
