Servings 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 large clove minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl or a jar with a lid and whisk/shake until blended.
  • Store in a cruet or jar with a lid in the refrigerator until ready to use. This dressing will keep 7-10 days.

Notes

Homemade Greek Salad Dressing is so simple to make and is so much better than anything you can buy at the store! It's bright, fresh with just the right amount of garlic and herbs.
